Cancellation policy
Up to 28 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the rental price (without discounts). From 28 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price (without discounts).
It is possible to upgrade your booking with a cancellation insurance. The insurance costs €5,00 per accommodation per night and can only be bought for the entire duration of your stay. Participation is on a voluntary basis. By participating you agree to the following terms and conditions of the insurance. The cancellation insurance must be completed no later than 7 days after booking.
By participating in our cancellation insurance you will get the full prepaid accommodation costs refunded (excluding the cost of the cancellation insurance) if one of the guests is confronted with one of the following events:
- The death of the main booker, his domestic partner or a family member in first or second degree.
- Suddenly occurred illness or accident of the main booker.
- The premature discontinuation of your holiday because of the death of a family member of the main booker in first or second degree.
- The premature discontinuation of the holiday due to fire, storm or lightning at home or contents of the main booker.
- Withdrawal of the main bookers' holiday by his employer because of the unavailability of a colleague who would replace him, as a result of illness, accident or death.
- Necessary presence of the main booker with a liberal profession because of the unavailability of professional replacement of the main booker, due to illness, accident or death.
- Obligated presence of the main booker as a witness or juror in (the Assize) Court.
Other, unnamed events are not eligible for payment by the cancellation insurance. Claiming the cancellation insurance can be done by a writing with an attached statement by a third person which shows evidence of the alleged reason. The cancellation insurance runs from the date of participation to the day of departure from Domaine Long Pré. In case of premature discontinuation of the holiday due to one of the above reasons, the refund will be in proportion to the number of lost vacation days (rent minus costs cancellation insurance). It is counted from the day the bungalow will be delivered back to Domaine Long Pré.
Bed linen
Your booking is standard without bedding. You can rent bed linen with us for €8,50 per person, but you are also free to bring your own bedding. All houses have single beds. In the types D1 and D2 are two 1-person sofabeds and in the types B1, B2, B3 and B4 is a 2-person sofabed. Pillows and 1-person duvets are in all houses.
You can also book a service package for € 17,50 per person. The package includes a bed linen set, a set of towels and a made bed upon arrival.
Payment
If you book through our website, we ask a 30% prepayment within 2 weeks after reservation. The remaining amount must be received by us no later than 8 weeks before arrival. You do not need a credit card if you want to book through our website.
Checkin en checkout
You can check in from 15.00 PM. Check out is until 10.30 AM. It is possible to request a late check out. On the check out day, please return the key by 16.00PM at the latest. You can sleep late and enjoy all the facilities of Domaine Long Pré all day long.Price from €50 to €80 depending on the type of accommodation. Inventory accommodations
You will find all the inventory you need in the houses; like cutlery, crockery, cleaning products and some other things.
Towels
Your booking is standard without towels. You can rent a set of towels with us for €6,- per person, but you are also free to bring your own towels. You can also book a service package for € 17,50 per person. The package includes a bed linen set, a set of towels and a made bed upon arrival.
Pets
Your dog is more than welcome at Domaine Long Pré. We ask for a contribution of € 5,50 per night per dog. Per house you may take up to two dogs. To ensure that you can stay in a pet-friendly accommodation, please register your pet(s) in advance.
Kitchen towels
Your booking is standard without kitchen towels. You can rent a set of kitchen towels with us for €5 per set, but you are also free to bring your own kitchen towels.
Opening days and hours
Reception
In high season and holidays, our reception is open daily from 09.00. At noon, the reception is closed from 12:00 to 13:00. Out of season the reception is open limited. You can always contact our reception if you intend to arrive late. You will always receive our actual opening hours of the reception upon arrival at our park.
Brasserie
In high season and holidays, our brasserie is open daily. Out of season, the brasserie is open limited. You can always contact our reception to check whether the brasserie is open or not. You will always receive our actual opening hours of the brasserie upon arrival at our park
Park shop
In high season and holiday periods in our park shop is open daily; in July and August from 8:30, in the other months 09.00. On Sundays and holidays the shop is open until 12:00. Out of season the shop is open limited. You can always contact our reception to check whether the store is open or not. You will always receive our actual opening hours of the park shop upon arrival at our park.
Parking - Charging your electric vehicle
Parking is for free at our park, at your house and at the reception. Reserving a parking space is not necessary.
Domaine Long Pré has a charging station at the entrance of the park for charging your electric vehicle. To use the charging station, you must have a compatible badge/charging card, which you must provide yourself. You can usually check the compatibility of your badge/charge card via the application associated with your badge/charge card. It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric vehicle using the electrical facilities of the rented accommodation (e.g. socket).
Park regulations
Non-smoking
It is forbidden to smoke in all our accommodations and public areas.
Cleaning costs
Cleaning costs are included in the rental price of our bungalows and apartments.
Service package
The service package includes a bed linen set, a set of towels and a made bed upon arrival. You can book the service package for only €17,50 per person.
TV
WiFi
At Domaine Long Pré there is free WiFi in the main building and the immediate surroundings. The speed is not very high, but sufficient for receiving and sending e-mail and surfing the Internet. Downloading large files is not recommended. You can also use our free WiFi in the restaurant, consumption is not required!
In recent years we have done several studies to provide WiFi throughout the park. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide WiFi with a decent speed at our park.

Swimming
Domaine Long Pré has an outdoor swimming pool. This is heated by solar panels. There is also a separate children's pool and in the summer there is a sunbathing area with loungers. As a guest of Domaine Long Pré you may use the indoor swimming pool in Trois-Ponts for free during the cold winter months, this is close to the park. Using our swimming facilities is always at your own risk.
